World Seniors Snooker (WSS) is delighted to announce that Rigour Media have been appointed as the official audio-visual rights partner covering the People’s Republic of China at this year’s JenningsBet World Seniors Snooker Championship.

The biggest ever World Seniors Championship takes place at the iconic Crucible Theatre in Sheffield on 6-10 May and every match will be available to watch in China courtesy of Rigour Media.

Just 48 hours after 22-year-old Wu Yize became the second Chinese player to lift the World Championship title, live snooker will return to the Crucible as the likes of Ronnie O’Sullivan, Jimmy White and more aim for World Seniors glory.

Jason Francis, Chairman of WSS, said: “We are delighted to announce a deal with Rigour Media to ensure every match of the World Seniors Championship can be watched in China. This is set to be our biggest tournament yet and we are proud that it can be watched and enjoyed across the globe.”

The action begins at 7pm BST with Tony Drago and Reanne Evans among those in action, while O’Sullivan will make his WSS debut on Friday afternoon.
