World Seniors Snooker (WSS) is delighted to announce that the British Open will return to Vaillant Live in Derby on 27-28 December 2026.

Last year’s event marked the return of snooker to Derby for the first time in more than 30 years as Joe Perry lifted his maiden title on the WSS Tour.

A star-studded field will soon be announced as players battle it out on Sunday 27 and Monday 28 December for the title currently held by ‘The Gentleman’, who defeated Jimmy White in a dramatic title match. With two sessions each day, the British Open is a fantastic opportunity to spend two days waching a host of snooker stars.

Tickets will go on sale on Wednesday 13 May at 10:00 BST
